1. Service Provision & Activation

• Services are provided subject to technical feasibility at the customer's location.
• The customer must provide accurate KYC documents as mandated by the Government of India before the service can be activated.
• The physical hardware (Router/Modem/ONT) installed at the premises remains the property of the Company, unless purchased outright by the customer.

2. Fair Usage and Acceptable Use Policy

The internet service is provided for lawful use only. The customer agrees NOT to use the network for:

• Hosting illegal content, piracy, or copyright infringement.
• Sending spam, malware, or engaging in cyber-attacks.
• Reselling the internet bandwidth to third parties without commercial authorization from the Company.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the connection immediately if any illegal activity is detected.

3. Billing and Payments

• Broadband services are prepaid. Customers must pay their subscription fees in advance to avoid service interruption.
• Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• All charges are inclusive/exclusive of GST as mentioned on the invoice.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, data, or profits, arising out of network downtime, speed fluctuations, or service interruptions.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or the provision of services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
