Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies strictly to the broadband, internet, and telecom services provided by Fybernet Communications Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") through our website www.fybernetcomm.com.
By subscribing to our internet services or making a payment, you agree to the following terms:
1. No Returns (Digital & Telecom Services)
As an Internet Service Provider (ISP), we offer digital connectivity and networking services. Therefore, we do not accept "returns" in the traditional sense, as no physical goods are sold to the customer. Any hardware (like routers or ONTs) provided remains the property of the Company unless explicitly purchased.
2. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made for our internet services are strictly non-refundable. This includes:
Broadband Subscription Fees: Monthly, quarterly, or annual broadband recharge/subscription charges paid in advance are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.
3. Cancellations
Service Cancellations: Customers may request to cancel or disconnect their ongoing broadband subscription or auto-pay mandates at any time. However, the cancellation will only be effective from the next billing cycle.
We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of the current billing month.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, customers must notify us at least 3 days before their current plan expires.
4. Exceptions (Technical Errors)
The only scenario where a refund will be initiated is in the case of a technical payment error, such as:
- A double deduction from the customer's bank account for the same recharge/invoice.
- Money debited from the customer's account, but the transaction failed on our payment gateway resulting in the internet plan not being renewed.
In such exceptional cases, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after verification.
5. Hardware Returns & Security Deposits (No Refunds)
We provide free installation for our broadband connections and do not charge any upfront security deposit or installation fee for the hardware (Router/Modem/ONT).
Therefore, no refunds of any kind will be issued upon cancellation or disconnection of the service.
However, please note that the hardware provided remains the exclusive property of Fybernet Communications Private Limited and must be safely returned to our technical team in working condition upon termination of your connection.
